DISCOVERY CALL
Once you fill out the CONTACT FORM on our website, you'll receive an automated email with a link to set up a free, no-strings attached Discovery Call.
During this call, I'll ask you to introduce yourself and tell me about your business. Then, I will cover the design process, pricing, and answer any questions you may have.

PREPARATION
Once you've booked with Swell Design, Sarah will provide you with a Questionnaire to help you begin brainstorming about the details of your website.
We are partners in this project and I am here to help you - we will both work on prepping for your website project prior to your start date.

DESIGN
I'll get to work on the wireframe mockups for your website, you'll be able to preview and provide feedback to these static designs before we start designing them in the active website platform.
During this phase, we will also discuss your website strategy more thoroughly before we begin development.

DEVELOPMENT
Once the static version of your site has been approved, I will begin development on your website platform. This is when you'll really be able to start reviewing and testing functionality and testing the site in its full form.

FINAL REVIEW
Once all pages have been built and all of the client's feedback has been addressed, you will need to give the site one more final review. During this time, a member of the Swell Design team will also be reviewing your site thoroughly prior to launching.

LAUNCH
We made it! Launch day is here and we can finally share your beautiful new website with the world! You'll receive post-launch support from Swell Design no matter which package you choose to ensure a smooth, seamless, and successful launch!
